CM Pros is working on a CM Lifecycle poster that describes the phases of the content management lifecycle. This Poster will help content management professionals to explain the concept of content management to all parties that are involved in this multi-disciplanary process.
On October 12, the first CM Pros CM Lifecycle Poster was presented at ECMplaza 2006 in the Netherlands. This poster is an outcome of two CM Summit Roundtables in San Francisco (2005 and 2006).

Several organizations and content management professionals visualized the (enterprise) content management in a poster. Most of these posters were discussed in a roundtable at the CM Summit Roundtables.
CMS Review Content Lifecycle Poster
Bob Doyle designed his CMS Review Lifecycle Poster and presented this at the Fall 2005 Summit. Based on several posters from other organizations, Bob wrote an article on the seven stages of the CM Lifecycle and criticized the AIIM Puzzle Poster for missing the organization and creation stages of content management in another article on a missing puzzle piece.
