Statement of Purpose
The principal and most marketable benefit is simply membership itself.
CM Professionals is a members organization, so having member relations is most important. The Member Relations Committee constantly listens to what the members expect from the organization, defines requirements, measures the results, and reports about it. The Committee also provides members with benefits like events, a member directory and a job board.

Within 2 months, the Director will have defined KPI's for all subcommittees
Within 2 months, the Director will have discussed KPI's, etc. with all subcommittee project managers and members or else involved members
Within 2 months, the Member Survey Subcommittee intends to deliver a new member survey
Within 2 months, the Globalization Subcommittee has developed a globalization plan
Within 3 months, the Member Directory Subcommittee has developed a project plan
Within 4 months, the Events Directory Subcommittee has prepared the next Summits in Amsterdam (9 November) and Boston (1 December?)
Within 2 months, the Face to Face subcommittee manages its own web page and a project manager is installed
